Residence Inn by Marriott Albany East Greenbush/Tech Valley

Are The staff was beyond my expectations the welcoming by Kyle was amazing he made sure i had all my needs he even noticed I preferred 1st floor because i had my 4 pound chihuahua and it was easier to walk him he is definitely an asset to this hotel or any company that deals with hospitality. The morning breakfast was great and Gloria the Hostess was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. She is truly an asset to the hotel or to any place the deals with hospitality. These employees are assets to any company. I will return to this hotel especially if they are still there!

The manager John is the best attendant at a hotel ive ever met! He goes ABOVE and beyond for all his customers and was super nice to my two year old and myself! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

very friendly staff, the woman that put breakfast out every day was wonderful. polite, kind and friendly, I think her name is Ruby

Location and parking availability was excellent, It was also very nice and quiet in it's location.
